Currently, I am a Communication Studies Graduate Student at the University of North Carolina - Greensboro. I received my B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro in 2008. I graduated with a 3.8 GPA and in Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Studies Honor Society.

Experience

I was an undergraduate tutor within the Communication Studies Department at UNCG. I also worked as an after school tutor at Partnership Village, an outreach of Greensboro Urban Ministry, with middle school-aged students. For the past two years, I have been a designer and writer for the marketing department in a community hospital. My goal is to pursue at Ph.D. and teach at the college level. I enjoy explaining concepts and figuring out new ways of communicating information to others.
