15 years of teaching experience with both children and adult students as a Chinese language Instructor and English as Second Language Instructor. My teaching experience included both traditional school setting as well as in activities outside of the traditional classroom. Whether it is one-on-one tutoring or in a classroom setting. I was a Chinese language Instructor at Churchill Adult Continue Education, and FaithAction International House. I am currently a Chinese language instructor for Listen & Learn USA as well. I believe that as a teacher, it is important to meet each student’s unique needs by developing a personal understanding of each one of them. What I could offer the students are not only the language knowledge itself, but also patience and understanding their needs and learning styles. To further more in developing a method that works for the students.
